Can I have a differnt colour choice that's not available on line for a special occasion that I am organising?
Yes, of course. If you have a particular occasion or theme for a party, we can design a wrapped box just for you. Just give us a call or e-mail us with the details and we will be happy to help you. You will need to give us 28 days to complete your order so make sure you plan ahead!
Can I chose my own gifts to go into the gift box?
Yes you can. Just select from our shopping catagories list under the relevant section i.e Gift of Touch. And if you want to make up a box completely of just Gifts of Touch, then you can. You just need to be mindful that each of our large boxes will take up to five gifts per box. Again if you want something bigger then contact us and we will be happy to help.
Can I add something of my own to a box for a special occasion that is not featured in the shop?
Yes of course. All you have to do is give us a call or send us the details via e-mail. We will then discuss and arrange for your gift box to have that extra personalised item included. There may be an extra charge for this service because if it's an engaugement ring for example, we will make sure this is covered by the necessary insurance.
How long does delivery take?
Most UK deliveries arrive within 36 hours of you placing your order.
Personalised items and hand-made to order, please allow between 14 and 21 days for delivery. You should allow between 14 and 21 days for orders to destinations outside of the UK.
Are my credit card details safe?
Yes. Our payment service provider, PayPal and PayOffline provide the safest means available today for ordering securely on the Internet. Click here to read our safety statement.
Can I receive an order quickly in time for a birthday or Christmas?
Yes. Simply give us a call just before you place your order and ask us for our Special Delivery option such as 24 hour delivery. All special delivery options will be charged so please contact us for cost options.
